PRE-ISO-CAT-I Training and certification for inspectors seeking predictive follow recommended procedures for the collection of predictive data.
- Descripción:
The course includes all the basic knowledge necessary for the establishment and operation of a reliability program (RCM) in a processing plant for routine testing of vibration in rotating equipment.
- Objetivos:
This course is designed for technical maintenance system operators predicitvo and departments responsible for reliability or predictive maintenance. It is not necessary to have had prior contact with the world of predictive diagnosis of rotating machinery to attend this course. Also this course is useful to optimize existing predictive plans.
His agenda is in full compliance with the new ISO 18436-2, which regulates the knowledge and skills of technical analysts, predictive maintenance and machinery. The course thus incorporates all the basic knowledge necessary for the establishment and operation of a reliability program (RCM) in a processing plant for routine testing of vibration in rotating equipment.
- Temario:
- Maintenance strategies: reactive, preventive, predictive and RCM.
- Monitoring technologies: vibration, oil, wear particles, infrared, acoustic emission and electric motor testing.
- Principles and basic concepts of vibration. Waveforms and spectra. Forcing frequencies. Indicators for measuring vibration.
- Data collection. Instrumentation, transducers, embedded sensors, measurement point selection, operation of notebook computers pre-programmed routes. Recommendations for field measurement. Generation and evaluation of the baseline.
